Staff excellant, couldnt be more help, gentleman at the reception in particular, room lovely.
Just one think , there needs to be a mirror near a plug for the hair dryer, difficult to see your hair when drying
Lovely room, was there for my nephews christening so it was primarily for its location.
There was no room service or mini-bar in the room which would have been nice and staff could have been more welcoming, but they got the job done
Relaxed feeling when u r in the room, staff are friendly
Room v comfortable and spacious. Nice bar area. Breakfast tasty and served in spacious restaurant
Bar service was slow.
The room was beautiful, very big, the shower and bath were very nice, food in the morning was great, lots of choice and very nice staff
More toiletries could be provided. Everything else was great!
Barrys tea in the room was my high light. Also the fridge. Being skimpy with the milk was a low point
Room was very comfortable and the food was lovely
the hotel is in fact in tyrallstown not Blanchardstown which made it extremely hard to find. It also used to be called the Park Plaza and is still signposted as this. We were also left waiting a long time between courses when we had our dinner in the restaurant
The couldn't have been more helpful. Particularly Grace. Thank you so much for all your help with directions.n m ,d yuio
The bed was a bit hard. But that's the only complaint we have, and that's not a lot.
Hotel staff are efficient and friendly. Breakfast is wonderful
It is a good distance from Dublin but there is a bus outside the hotel that takes you to Parnell street. Also there is a night bus
The hotel overall was beautiful and the breakfast was fantastic.
The only thing I could mention was there was a thin strip of carpet missing on the floor near a wall.
Comfort and cleanliness of the room, quiet location
smoking room, but without balcony
Great value for money, stylish rooms especially bathroom. Awareness of dietary requirements.
Cold design of bar.
It is close to home, for a nice little brake
We had a Junior Suite (room 103, early May) and this was large, clean and very comfortable. We stayed for five nights and ate from the bar menu (quiet and comfortable eating area) for all five - good choice, well prepared. This could be a lovely (if out of the way) hotel though note the negatives below
1. Insist on a room away from wedding guests (strongly recommend staying elsewhere without this guarantee). Two of our five nights were sleepless due to hotel corridor (1st floor) becoming a free-for-all for noisy adults and children, the latter racing each other until well into the early hours of Friday and Saturday mornings. The hotel appear to take little responsibility for monitoring such noisy activity. 2. Cheapest quality toilet paper in a suite? (Unnecessary cost saving)
The hotel has a lovely cozy atmosphere. It is very convenient for the National Aquatic Centre and Blancherstown shopping centre yet you get the impression of being 'away from it all'.
I was disappointed that I couldn't book in at 2pm as my booking confirmation indicated. The reception staff were under pressure at that time as many others were also trying to book in and we all ended up sitting in the lobby until our rooms were ready. I felt this was as a result of a shortage of staff to clean the rooms. It was a bit unsightly to see all the laundry in the corridors well into the day.
