The staff are so friendly and nothing is too much trouble for them. The rooms are beautiful very well decorated and very clean. We only had breakfast in the restaurant but there was a good variety. The bar menu was varied and the food was excellent.
It's quite a way out from central Dublin - about a 45 minutes on the bus. It didn't matter to us as we wre visiting friends nearby.
The staff were friendly...... When I arrived at the hotel at 820pm they had no room available for us and we had to wait in reception for 40 mins because they said they had been given wrong info about our room , despite having it booked for about 6 weeks beforehand, also there was a wedding there on the sat night and the guests who were at that wedding were shouting , banging doors, non stop from 315am to 630am. And some of them ended up fighting on the landing , I rang reception a number of times but the noise continued....as a result my daughter who was swimming in a very important comp the next day had very little sleep....also for a 4 star hotel my room had a very dirty carpet....dont think I will be staying there again...........
Lovely room and the quietness of the hotel.
too out of the way. need tax to get anywhere. rooms a bt worn. not a 4 star n my opnion.
The rooms are very nicely decorated and the breakfast we ordered to the room in the morning was amazing! It was like a 5 Star buffet!
The pressure in the shower was very disappointing
Very clean, good food, professional staff, comfortable room with a nice bathroom. Excellent value for money - would recommend it to anyone. Handy location for shopping at Liffey Valley or Blanchstown.
No swimming pool. Would have to have a car - not within walking distance of anything.
The Staff were friendly in the hotel and had great service at breakfast.
we ate in bar which was just ok so ate out on second evening.food for the children was just microwaved which wasnt great. We also booked a superior family room which turned out to be a double room with a travel cot and a foldable bed for our children which was dissapointing as we paid extra for bigger room with no breakfast.
Nice clean hotel, free wifi,a bath and shower inroom and different sockets on the wall, bus stop right outside hotel for blancherstown
A airport shuttle would be good to have, also if hand a shuttle to blanch and market it as either a airport or shopping hotel
Breakfast was good and hotel relatively clean.
Hotelroom temperature control was faulty and room was cold even though thermostat was set at 30 Degrees. This was notified to reception. Kettle located directly under fire alarm and when it boiled it set off alarm - very unnerving. Visual signs of damp coming through wall adjacent to bed and at window opening. Cleanliness of room could be improved as there was heavy dust on dadorails etc.
Very high design and fit out standards, in the right location it would make for a busy and profitable hotel friendly front of house staff. Price (internet booking). When booking I had "finger trouble " and inadvertently booked for the wrong night. Hotel made an exception and allowed a change for which I am grateful.
Clearly the hotel is struggling and presumably in consequence service and maintenance is being neglected. Our room (517) had wet rotting carpets under the window gving the whole room a musty smell. Either the windows leak or there is a pipe leaking in the vicinity. At 5 in the evening the corridors were littered with room cleaning detritus, food trays extra folding beds and bags of laundry.
Hygiene nd service
Room spotless and bed v comfortable. Great ensuit with big shower. Fast effecient check-in and out. Had room only, but ate dinner eve of check-in and food was good. Excellent choices and good value.
Lovely breakfast but plates not heated
friendly staff,excellent rooms,food is quality
the single beds joined together is a design for a double bed as it is uncomfortable for sleeping in as a couple..
Lovely hotel, well appointed accomodation. Good restaraunt. Friendly and helpful staff.
Aircon in room was slightly problematic but not a major issue. Hotel is located right under the flightpath to Dublin Airport which is a few miles away. Therefore there can be some aircraft noise but again this is not intrusive.
